Your order can be delivered anywhere in Australia. Parcels are delivered via Australia Post or Courier. (In the event that your postcode results in an error message saying that we are not able to ship to your location, please contact us.)
Shamwari Meats does not accept international orders at this stage.
Shipping is done via Australia Post “Express Post Bags” to expedite your delivery.
Shipping Times and Order Processing
Shamwari Meats process orders and post within a week-day after receipt of payment.
Due to the perishable nature of meat products, orders received after noon on a Wednesday containing biltong, droewors, stokkies, may only be processed the following Monday.
Delivery times vary according to destination. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in the Northern Territory and longer for other locations.
Policy on Unavailable Products
Because Shamwari Meats process their own products we may not always have your items in stock. Should this occur, we will call you to discuss delay or offer to refund the portion of your order that cannot be fulfilled.
At Shamwari Meats we would like you to be 100% satisfied. We will accept returns (and issue a refund) for damaged or inedible products within 14 days of delivery, provided you contact us to claim within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the return is a result of our error (for example, incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs. Refunds or replacements are normally issued within 14 days. For all items, please keep all original packaging and documentation in the event that your product needs to be returned.
